Hilshire Village is on the northbound side of I-10 east between beltway 8 and 610, within the Memorial area. It is located relatively close to the Memorial City Mall, and major Memorial area shopping centers. Being within the Houston area and smallest of the Memorial Villages this village uses surrounding area resources. It currently has its independent municipal court but is yet to develop an independent police department. For the time being, neighbor Spring Valley Village Police Department does the patrolling and writing tickets to speedy drivers.

Anyone needing to take a defensive driving course for the City of Hilshire Municipal Court can take the course with Comedy Driving. We are Texas State approved and our course is valid for a ticket dismissal for ANY court in Texas. Taking the course with us is simple, Hilshire Village residents have the flexibility of taking the course online or in one of our classroom locations.

No appointments are necessary, the courses are offered on a walk-in basis. All you have to do is be on time, and bring your court papers and driver's license with you. The course is taught live by our professional comedian instructors, so be ready to laugh.

Our online course may be taken anywhere at any time, and more importantly at your own pace with as many breaks in between as you need. From the point that you register for the course, you are given 120 days of unlimited access to the course until you complete it. The course online is fully animated and broken down into multiple sections. After each section you have a few questions you must answer in order to continue, this replaces the final exam that you don’t get at the end.

Whether you complete the course online or in-person, your certificate is processed the same day and placed in the mail for delivery within 24 hours of completing the course. Overnight options are available at a conveniently low cost.
