Presidio County Texas Defensive Driving

Have you recently received a ticket in Presidio, Marfa or Redford? Well, you may be able to take a defensive driving course to dismiss your ticket. If you don’t have a ticket and want to possibly receive an insurance discount or want to for work purposes, then you can still take defensive driving. Make sure you receive permission from the court to take the course. This means you will need to pay a court fee before you receive permission from the judge. Once you pay your court fee the judge typically gives you 90 days to get the course completed. Some courts require you to have a driving record as well. We offer that for an additional $19.95. Additionally, a few courts also require an oath swearing the course has not been completed with one year so they require a defendant to have an affidavit notarized making the said statement.

How does the course work? It is broken up into 11 chapters and chapter 1 is the introduction to the course. At the end of each chapter, you will have a set of multiple-choice test questions. Passing these questions you will be taken to the next chapter of the course. Once the course is complete, we will deliver your certificate to you based on the delivery option that you choose.
