Stonewall County, named after Confederate General Stonewall Jackson, is located in north-central Texas between Lubbock and Abilene. Stonewall County has only 1 bar and that is the Sons of Herman Lodge in the town of Old Glory. Other than that if you are looking for nightlife you’ll have to drive about an hour outside the county to the Hench Wild Wing Ranch in Hermleigh or a bit farther to Abilene for a great selection of bars and pubs.
