Grimes County Texas Defensive Driving

Education

The Navasota Blues Alley Museum is located in Grimes County. They boast authentic art, collectibles, and guitars. The museum houses displays that educate visitors on the history of the music and the people that took part in its creation and popularity. They host a variety of events and have a rotating inventory of vintage items for sale.

Civic

Grimes County does not have a Municipal Court but the Justice of the Peace courts can be reached at the Grimes County Courthouse. There are three precincts in the county. The county is located in Anderson, Texas. The current courthouse reflects the same design and many restored facets of the original courthouse and is a Recorded Texas State Historical Landmark.
