This again, is false. The courts do not accept either. Almost every municipal court or traffic court will require the original certificate of completion. If your deadline has expired, be sure to call your court immediately for possible options.

“Can I print my certificate of the internet once I complete the defensive driving class?”

The state of Texas makes it mandatory for the course providers to mail a certificate of completion either via the US Postal Service or a commercial carrier. You cannot print your certificate off the internet or personally pick up your certificate from a licensed provider.
