Symptoms of drowsiness are:

- Yawning repeatedly or rubbing your eyes
- Trouble keeping your head up
- Drifting from your lane, tailgating, or hitting a shoulder rumble strip
- Feeling restless and irritable
Some safe solutions to prevent drowsy driving are:
- Change drivers if possible
- Take a break from driving every few hours
- Pullover off the roadway (such as a into rest area or parking lot) and get some sleep
- Get plenty of sleep before starting any road trip
- Stop and stay at a Hotel/Motel - don't try to drive all through the night.
